  23. Aftre Unisys bought Convergent Technologies, the SVR3 release had to be
  24. split into RunTime and Development releases.  But since a lot of the
  25. linking tools were required for kernel configuration, the "Development"
  26. tape only differed by two files.  The release notice, and /bin/cc.
